We create short video tours of the property using still and moving camera shots,
music, and narration to create the effect of a short movie that is pleasing to watch.  
The tour will cover the entire house, and can feature any amenities you wish to
showcase such as swimming pools, high end appliances, energy efficient heating
systems, etc.

All of our tours will be hosted on our website for the life of the listing!!  These tours
can also easily be linked to your website and can be made available on your local
MLS and Realtor.com.   We can also provide you with DVD copies that can be
distributed to potential buyers.  

We use the power of flash video to upload your video to the Internet.  The number one
benefit of flash is that it is installed in over 97% of all computers.  It also has a faster
load time than most other applications.  Many of the tours on the market require
programs that potential clients do not have and are not going to wait to load.  

We also offer short movies with music and narration using only  still images.  

How Does it Work?

Simply order a tour online or call us at 302-841-1225.  We will then meet you at the
property and begin shooting.  We ask that you do a quick walk through with us to
make sure we feature every aspect of the home you would like.  For the narration feel
free to write your own script, or we will write it for you at not extra charge using the
home information and attractions plus any extras you would like us to mention.  We
then create a page on our website to host the tour.  We will email you the link to add
to your website or local mls.  We can link the tour to Realtor.com.*  

Will this fit my Advertising Budget?

Our Complete Video Virtual Tours with music and narration only cost $195.  We also
offer picture tours starting at only $55.  We host the tour on our site for the life of the
listing, provide you a link for your site, can link it to Realtor.com*, and can provide you
with DVD copies of the tour.  We also load the video into Brightcove TV which can
drive more traffic to your website.  All of this is included with your initial Package
