This is our most dynamic tour.  This tour is a complete video of the
property.  We incorporate music and narration to give the feel of a
short movie.  We showcase all the major amenities, and can
mention nearby landmarks or attractions in the narration.  
    -The tour will be hosted on our website for the life of the listing.  
   -The tour can easily be linked to your website or local mls.  
   -We can link the tour to Realtor.com.*
   -You also can purchase DVD copies to distribute to potential buyers for
    only 3 dollars per disc.
   -DVD copies have image of the home printed directly on the disc.

Photography Tours

Package A $95

We come to the property and shoot 40-50 pictures and select the
best to create a Flash slide show tour accompanied by music and
captions.  
   -The tour will be hosted on our website for the life of the listing.
   -The tour can easily be linked to your website or local mls.  
    -We can link the tour to Realtor.com.
   -You also can purchase DVD copies to distribute to potential buyers  for
    only 3 dollars per disc.
   -DVD copies have an image of the home printed directly on the disc.

Already have pictures you are happy with?  Email us the original
digital camera images at least 800x600 pixels. (Do not send us
