| How long will it take my tour to be finished and uploaded to your website? - Your tour will be complete and uploaded within 2-3 days of shooting. I have my own images for a photo tour on disc? Can I just give you that instead of emailing all the pictures? - That is fine and we will return the disc when the tour is completed. Just mail us the disc when you are sending your payment. Make sure you enclose a note with any captions you would like. Can I pick the music for the tour? - You can not pick the song we use. We take our songs from a royalty free library that we have. You can however tell us what genre of music you would like us to use. Why do you choose not to shoot on bad weather days? - Rain or Snow complicates the outside shots for both video and pictures. We will reschedule at the next possible date. Can I make changes to the video after it is complete? - We go to great lengths to get the shots right the first time through. The shooting, editing and uploading is a lengthy process. In most every case a re-shoot or re-edit will incur additional charges. The homeowner/renter still lives in the property, what should I do? - The best thing to do is handle it the same way you would showing a house. Obviously a clean, orderly home will create a more desirable video tour. When is my payment due? - Your payment is due when we meet you at the property? If you are sending us your own pictures, we will upload your tour as soon as we receive your payment.
